Curitiba placas para ajudar nas orienta\u00e7\u00f5es sobre os riscos da depend\u00eancia qu\u00edmica  e esclarecimentos sobre o que pode caracterizar tr\u00e1fico de drogas.<br><br>A ideia inicial da necessidade foi dada pelo Marcelo Marques Fortunato, Delegado da FEBRACT-PR e diretor da Comunidade Terap\u00eautica Perp\u00e9tuo Socorro, bra\u00e7o social do Santu\u00e1rio de Nossa Senhora do Perp\u00e9tuo Socorro, ao Vereador Tico Kuzma. <br><br>O Parlamentar e um grupo de pessoas ligadas a estudos de preven\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0s drogas desenvolveram um projeto que virou a lei municipal, n\u00ba 15.287\/2018, sancionada pelo Prefeito Rafael Greca.<br><br>O Vice-Prefeito, Eduardo Pimentel, juntamente com o Vereador, o Diretor da Comunidade Terap\u00eautica Perp\u00e9tuo Socorro, a Conselheira do Conselho Municipal de Pol\u00edticas sobre drogas, Diana de Lima, o Diretor do Departamento de Pol\u00edticas Sobre Drogas da Prefeitura, Cristiano de Bastiani, e com o Vice-Presidente da Associa\u00e7\u00e3o Comercial do Paran\u00e1, Camilo Turmina, acompanharam a instala\u00e7\u00e3o da primeira placa na Pra\u00e7a Os\u00f3rio.<br><br>Nas placas as frases de impacto, alertam para o risco do uso de drogas, nesta primeira placa instalada, de um lado, est\u00e1 escrito:<br><em>\u201cDepend\u00eancia qu\u00edmica \u00e9 uma doen\u00e7a incur\u00e1vel, progressiva e pode ser fatal, mas tem tratamento.\u201d<\/em><br>No outro lado, o texto diz que:<br> <em>\u201cOferecer drogas il\u00edcitas, ainda que gratuitamente, caracteriza crime de tr\u00e1fico, sujeito \u00e0 pena de pris\u00e3o de 5 a 15 anos, conforme Art. 33 da Lei Federal n\u00ba 11.343\/2006.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Veja fotos:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-gallery columns-3 is-cropped
